How do I get an Optix account?
Your business administrator creates it for you and tells you which apps you can open. A new business can start a free trial from the website of that product.
Do I need a separate login for each app?
No. You sign in once on this page. With more than one app you pick the one you want; with only one app you go straight into it.
Is my data shared between the apps?
No. Each product keeps its own data on its own server. They only share who you are, which apps you may open, and the messaging tools.
Where do I download an app?
On the website of that product. This page only introduces the suite and signs you in; each product website has its own downloads, pricing and sign-up.
I forgot my password.
Ask your business administrator to reset it from the users list, or use the "Forgot password" link on the Blood Test Lab sign-in page if your account has an email address.
